hi my kid is 2.6 years old now..he is not interested to talk and not pay attention to my words.

A. hellonif he is not able to interact and have non verbal communication also then its worrisome and you must get him evaluated for the same and start the treatment for it.

A. But that is not at all a healthy sign because at this age kids mostly crave time for their parents they always play with them they have just want to talk to them your name around so if child is behaving like this when it’s not a good sign I suggest you have a physical assessment of your child
