I am a mother of twin girls who will be 2 months next week. They are preterm babies. They feed on formula and breast milk. I used to have good milk flow till last month but now it has reduced to nil. now they are only on formula. What can be done to start my milk again? I have already tried all home remedies.

A. Take 1 tsp methi seed with warm water will help. also preffer Dhootapapeshwar Shatavari kalpa Granules1, it helps to increase lactation. latch to ur breast mote often. tc
