i am a mother of 7 month old baby boy. i have started solids for my baby due to which breast feeding frequency is changed. he is taking less breast feed and my milk supply also affected. what to do to maintain milk supply.

If you are okay with feeding your child with a bottle then you can express your breast feed and you can store this way your body will keep making sufficient amount of milk for the child and you can go ahead with feeding the child with a bottle also this way your child will consume your milk but with a bottle
