Q.
I am a mother of 6month old baby girl...I am having heavy amount of hair fall and dandruff problems.shall I go with CARBAMIDE FORTE BIOTIN 10000mcg+ KERATIN+ TABLETS for a daily dose once....please help me ...I am having too much of hair loss issues...please suggest me ...to what to do..

please include natural probiotics and dairy products and green leaf veggies and fresh fruit and different seeds and nuts in your daily diet
please take daily sun light exposure
please use avla aritha and shikakai powder mixture for washing
please give daily massage with bhringraj oil
please apply aloevera gel or natural mhendi hairpack with curd or egg once a week
