Q.

I am a mother of 6 month old..I was on my leave..in coming days m gonna join my work again..my baby is completely on my breast milk..i am not introducing formula to my baby yet..shall I pump my breast milk in bottle or give him formula while I ll b on work for whole day??m so depressed by thinking about it...please expert suggest me..

A. There is no harm in formula milk and you can give cow milk after 1 year and you can also pump your milk but it will not be sufficient for whole day so anyhow you need to introduce formula don’t feel guilty about that you are already doing whatever best you can.

A. hi parent baby needs the breast milk uptk her age of two years at least you may use breast pump to express the milk and gibe her the same formula can be used as per advise from doctor you may use desi cow A2 milk as well. better is to provide her the breast milk directly so please adjust your schedule accordingly
