Q.
I am a mother of 5 month old baby boy .I am having extensive hair fall more than 200 strands fall in a day and my hair has become so thin.i am having this hairfall only after delivery ,before and during pregnancy I didn't have any hairfall problem. could u please help me to get rid of my hairfall

It’s all normal and common due to hormone changes
No need to worry
Massage regularly with coconut oil or olive oil
Wash hairs often with chemicals free shampoo
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food
Take almonds and cucumbers
Maintain hygiene
Maintain hydration
