i am a mother of 3 year old kid,he is kind of hyperactive and doesn't pay his mind towards what I say and doesn't know how to address his thoughts. Need some advise over here.

Hyper activity is okay but if your child is on addressing what you are saying or the other issues that you are mentioning is there then I would recommend you to ones get a check with a child psychologist because without proper assessment we really cannot be sure about the issue and reason behind itWrite Your Answer Here
