I am a mother of 3 children all by c section delivery. My younger one is 4 months old. Every time my hair loss is extreme and my hair loss doesn't recover. This time also my hair loss is increasing day by day.What should I do. can my hair loss be recovered this tym. Please suggest something because it worries me a lot

A. Hai good morning !! Hairfall after delivery happens due to harmonal imbalance,nutritional deficiency (protein,calcium,iron) stress ,less sleep all these cause hairfall. To overcome this have protein,iron rich foods dry fuits,nuts,seeds,egg in regular diet. Have more water . Apppy castor oil or onion/amla based oil or shampoo helps in controlling hairfall. Fenugreek seed pack,egg pack,hibiscus leaves/flowers pack helps in hair growth.
