Q.

I am a mother of 21 months old baby. I have hypothyroidism. I am taking medicine of 87.5 mg. but my weight is constantly decreasing. I check thyroid every 3 months.. what can I do to gain some weight??

A. need to rule out other causes consult your doctor for proper examination and medication maintain hygeine in the area clean with Luke warm water maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output

Hi mommy You forgot to mention your medicine name If you have hypothyroidism your weight should be more Consult with your doctor in person for proper physical examination and treatment And take healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
