Like do meditation, yoga go for a walk when kids sleep. Make kids engaged in physical activities so that they can put out their energy. This will surely help you feel better.
Aarika SachdevaMom of a 2 yr 10 m old girl1 Year agoA. Engage yourself in meditation which will calm your mind. I was also same with my child because children need attention and we tend to get busy in our work life and get exhausted. Engage children in physical activities and give less sugar.
Children should be engaged in activities in free time instead of giving screen time.
