I am a mother of 2 boys, 9 years and 8 months I lost so much weight and appetite plz suggest good appetiser for hunger as my my baby is on breast feeding.

A. Hello dear parent, I would suggest you to start with semi solid diet also give formula milk to your baby if your breast feed is low on supply. Be Use your bahy is 8 months old and can eat more than what breast feed could gill up his tummy. Good luck and take care
