Q.

My daughter is 1.3 years now. Last week she had a viral fever and she has lost her weight from 9.5 to 9 . Now she has recovered from fever but has lost her appetite. she is eating nothing. only drinking breastmilk. what to do to make my baby healthy as before?

A. give few sips of ajwain water to help to regain appetite. During preparation of food for the children, one should always add a little of jeera, pepper, turmeric and pinch of hing. These spices help in the secretion of digestive juices.
