I am a mother of 120 days old baby. From last week I am noticing my breast is soft whether it indicates my supply is reduced. In the same window my baby got cold and he gained only 100’grams in 15 days . I am Worried about my milk supply, please guide

It has been usually seen when the milk production is good the rest are usually hard I would not say they’re very hard but still they are not as soft as you probably aren’t mentioning so maybe the quantity is reducing you can start taking lactation supplements and during cold when the child is not taking sufficient amount of feeding sometimes little bit of weight can go down
