I am a mother 8 months baby boy and I sometimes have severe pain from my back to feet what should I do

A. Hello! It can be due to physical strain or nerve compression. Use Babyhug heating pad in such situations. Be mindful of your posture , especially while you are nursing your baby or carrying your baby to reduce spinal pressure. Consult your doctor for further guidance.
