Q.
i am a mom of 10 months old baby. i didn't get my periods yet. I fed my baby. i didn't lose weight also? how to reduce weight?

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist1 Year agoA. For your periods you can wait for another two months when using contraception and if they don’t come even after you finish one year post giving birth, then contact your doctor. You have to work out along with making moderation in your diet to lose weight.
