Q.

i am a lactating mother of 2 years baby..and from last 1 year i am having a severe hairfall..docter suggested mnx-3 serum,but on bottle of the serum it is written it is not meant for lactating mothers..what would i do? should i go for it or not,?

A. yes it's better to avoid chemical products. Foods that are suggested by some to improve hair health include dark leafy greens (for the iron and vitamin C), sweet potatoes and carrots (for the beta carotene), eggs (for the vitamin D), and fish (for omega-3s and magnesium). Regular oiling and good sleep

A. I think your child is two year old and you are not feeding your child continuously which is why your doctor must have advised you and also it’s high time that you quit breastfeeding otherwise with time is going to be tougher for you so right now you can use the serum there is no problem in that
