i am a brest feeding mother of 1yr daughter,my weight was 59 kg after my daughter birth ,bt now my weight is 52kg and sometime i am suffering from backpain.pls suggest

Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Be physically active as much as possible. Consult your doctor for evaluation and seek further advice. Good luck and take care.
