Q.
I am a breastfeeding mother of 75 days old baby. I was advised to take iron syrup for the morning and iron tablets for the night.Since my syrup got over I'm in taking iron tablets from zincofer twice. is that okay or should I take the tablet only once ?

Yes it is totally fine to take the medicine twice a day. But the only thing you have to check the MG level of medicine and the syrup you was taking. It is basically necessary to take a sufficient amount of medicine. So you have to check it and if the amount is same then there is nothing to worry.
