Q.

I am a breastfeeding mother of 5 month old baby... My baby is not getting enough milk... he is crying a lot... can I take tablets for increasing breastmilk??? or how can I increase by food??

A. Yes If you want you can take tablets if it helps in increasing your breast feeding then nothing like it otherwise if you want to you can start giving formula feeding also to the child if you alone you’re breastfeeding and other semisolid food you can start once your child enters the seventh month of age
