I am a breastfed mother of 3 months old baby Can i have drinks occasionally

A. Hai good morning !! Carbonated drinks are processed and contains lots of sugar so better avoid for 2-3 months . Instead you can have juices without sugar with less cool (frozen for a while) whenever you have cravings.

A. It is not suggested because the alcohol stays in your blood for at least 12 hours after you consume it so when you feed your child it is not going to be a good option to be on alcohol which is why till the time exclusively breastfeeding the child you should definitely avoid that and after that also if you can you should avoid alcohol till the time you are feeding your child
