#asktheexpert inflamed philtrum of a 3 day old baby, breastfed, mother also has inflamed nipples which are now also bleeding.

A. Do you need to consult with your doctor for proper examination. Whold breastfeeding for a few days, You can secret the breast milk in a glass and then give it to baby. But avoid direct breast feeding.
