Q.

I am a breast feeding mother of a 5 yr old and I am having cold and feeling feverish...how can I heal naturally without medicine

A. hello parent your kids 5 months old and you are having fever with cold while feeding the child you make cover your face with mask, you can take steam inhalation along with oral cetrizine if perists

A. Hello, your baby boy is 5 months old and he is taking breast feeding and if you are having a cold then you can take tablet sinarest three times a day and vicks rub and tulshi ginger honey kadha

A. it is very important to take plenty of water and for pain you can take paracetamol and go for hot saline gargles at least 4 times per day and home remedies like Tulsi Ginger honey combination and turmeric with milk
