I am a breast feeding mother me and my baby suffer with cold. can i eat watermelon in my condition

diet of the mother does not cause any problem to the child.
also the gas in abdomen of the child is not due to diet taken by the mother.
mother can take all types of home made food which is good for her own health.
it is advisable to take dall types of food made from cereals pulses vegetables and fruits and milk by the mother.
