Q.

I am a 33 week pregnant and found this in the recent scan prominent renal pelvis at fetal both kidneys AP diameter is 4-5mm on each side . will there be any problem to my baby

A. may not be a big problem there can be chances of mild obstruction depending on the need your doctor will advise accordingly most of the times this can be addressed after delivery also o k k
