I am 8th months pregnant. I often feel dizziness and lightheadedness after having breakfast. Is there any cause of concern?

usually it is normal.
but if it is not bearable for you then please visit your gynecologist.
take couple of bites less than usual.
take healthy and well blanaced diet.
keep your body well hydrated.
if your doctor permits ,go for daily walk after meal or breakfast.
maintain good hygiene.
