shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hello dear u didn't mention where you feel the cramps in the lower abdomen on the back or in the legs but still if you are feeling it in the lower abdomen or at the fact that this is quite normal during the pregnancy because the size of the uterus grow till this time which makes you uncomfortable but it still even these are the mild cramps and is on the regular basis you should definitely inform your gynecologist about this
