I am 8 weeks pregnant. Having nausea and vomiting twice a day from past 10 days. My doctor suggested a tablet (damoxy and Pan D). But it is not stopping. So she suggested injection. Is it safe? And will 1 dose of injection stop vomiting?

A. yes its safe to take the injection. learn yo trust her ok. no one knows future so take eith hope. you must try to eat healthy, lots of fruit and stay hydrated. take enough sleep and no stress
