Overall the report seems completely normal it is not indicating of anything but since you are talking about this plus plus which is in front of the bacteria so maybe there can be a chance of a bacterial infection but if it was positive then it would have been into the bold you know how it shows separately to let you know that this is not right so I don’t see anything like that also on the report of I think it’s a normal report
