Q.
I am 7 weeks pregnant and I have constipation.My doctor suggested to take Smuth syrup daily 10 ml.I want to know is it safe to use or it effects baby development

Include more of green leafy vegetables and proper water intake, which helps easy digestion and avoid more of junk food
