Q.
I am 7 weeks pregnant and by mistake ate chicken liver . is it harmful to baby??? what to do now? I m very tensed. please respond if anyone knows about this.

As far as I know it should not be a problem it’s not restricted to be eaten yet if you are so worried and I have so much of concern about eating no non-veg you please consult your doctor regarding this and also take a do and don’t kind of a list in terms of food specialty so they can give you a clarity so that you do not go wrong anywhere
