Q.

I am 7 months pregnant and I want to ask Can I sleep straight lying on back? becoz it feels more comfortable. Stomach feels heavy sleeping on left or right side.

A. Madam apart from sleeping on the tummy due to obvious seasons you can sleep however it is comfortable for you back right or left there is no sleeping position in pregnancy I don’t know why Women these questions are so confused about it but honestly telling you you can sleep on your back right or left whatever gives you comfort and in case of doubt talk to your doctor
