I am 7 month pregnant. My sugar levels is 163. will drinking beetroot juice increase my sugar level?

A. may br we cant say. get a GTT . done then you can .See you can show to a gynac and get the right opinion as it needs examination and check up in person.

A. Hello mom Mostly juices increase the sugar level. You can have beetroot in your regular diet plan but don’t take juice. Because fruits contains the fiber but when you converted in fruits juice form then the fiber has gone. And sugar level gets high. If you are diabetic then you should definitely avoid taking juices Happy parenting Stay home stay safe
