Q.

I am 7 month pregnant and unable to balance with suger level, even after taking insulin. can u suggest me after extra measure I need to take. before breakfast suger level is 120

A. hello dear, since you are 7 month pregnant, it's important to take medical supervision personally, avoid taking refined flour, white rice, sugar and sweet products , have plenty of fluids, seeasonal fruits and vegetables consult with dietician for personal customisation
