I am 7 month old baby girl mom.delivery ke bad meri nabhi apni jagah per nahi aayi.bahar nikli huyi hai .Tommy bhi dekhne mai ajjeb lagta hai.mai kya karu.plz suggest .meri normal delivery huyi hai .ye meri secand baby hai..

A. see yiu have to believe that yes there is weight gain after delivery. ok. try to see that you cut in the ghee n fats abd tahe lots if ftesh vegetables
