Q.
I am 6 weeks pregnant. I have been having acidity and gas everyday but today suddenly it is not there. Was just wondering as suddenly it has gone. Can it go away like this all of a sudden? Also I had mild cramps until yesterday but even that is gone today. Is this fine?
