i am 6 month old girl's mom.. my baby is completely on breastfeed and now my brest milk supply reduce. plz suggest how to increase the supply

ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician4 years agoA. hi parents you have a 6 month old baby currently the issue with your facing is i inadequate lactation. take plenty of oral fluids and water and protein rich diet, proper latching postion is needed for improving lactation, devoid of any stress issues... may use galactohogues gents like fenugree powder, etx

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please have shatavari powder with cow milk twice a day. also have soaked meethi seeds early in the morning.. also increase the intake of garlic ginger, dairy products and green leaves vegetables.
