Q.

I am 5 week pregnant and I feel muscle cramps in my legs and back if I sit or stay for more than 10 min. What should I do to lower the pain?

A. you can take more rest and tske lots if water and gresh fruit abs vegetables. thats the way. try to just be at peace and avoid stress of any kind ok

A. Hello dear parent, since you are pregnant so you stay in touch with your gynaecologist. As she would be able to examine you well and guide you on that basis. Kindly do not self medicate also, do not leave it without any treatment.
