Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 8 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, paracetamol is a very safe medicine to be taken by the pregnant woman. But you should take your gynaecologist's advice as well. For cold and cough, honitus is also safe but again your doctor should prescribe one for you.
