I am 4 months pregnant. my blood report shows Down's syndrome increased risk 1:181. is it risky

A. For all these issues we cannot be sure about anything something good so that they could be a possibility of Down’s syndrome but when the child is completely fine so I cannot really tell me what will be the possibility of it being correct at this stage of time
