Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, for pregnant ladies, it is tough to take medicines. You can use naso clear drops for u blocking nose. And my gynaecologist adviced me honitus for cold and cough. Better to follow your gynaecologist for proper information and medicine. Good luck and take care
