Q.

I am 39years old my son is 11 months old after my son's birth i have been losing lot of hair now I look bald with very less hair could you please suggest some way out will I be like this or will gain my hair back

A. follow a good diet - Eat adequate amount of protein. As hair is made up mainly of proteins. Eat eggs, cottage cheese, chicken, soya, lentils, whole grains. Vitamin C, Zinc and Vitamin B are other important nutrients for great hair health. So include lot of fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains in your daily diet. drink ple ty if fluids Follow good hair care like -Oiling hair with a mixture of oils like olive, alla oil, onion seed oil, sesame, coconut and castor oil keeps hair healthy.

A. hi mam ,once your hormonal level become stable,it alright. so , please don't take stress for this. just take Healthy and nutritious diet take necessary supplements which are prescribed by your gynecologist. keep your self well hydrated do massage with warm coconut oil and Amala oil everyday. instead of harsh shampoo you can prepare paste of methidana (soaked in water overnight) with curd , apply it on your hair and leave it to dry then rinse with Luke warm water,it will definitely help.
