So include lot of fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains in your daily diet.

Follow good hair care like -Oiling hair with a mixture of oils like olive, alla oil, onion seed oil, sesame, coconut and castor oil keeps hair healthy.

just take Healthy and nutritious diet
take necessary supplements which are prescribed by your gynecologist.
keep your self well hydrated
do massage with warm coconut oil and Amala oil everyday.
instead of harsh shampoo you can prepare paste of methidana (soaked in water overnight) with curd , apply it on your hair and leave it to dry then rinse with Luke warm water,it will definitely help.
