Q.
I am 39 weeks pregnant and in my last ultrasound my placental thickness was upto 7.0 cm, and my expected date is 27 February and I haven't got labour pain yet then what are the chances of normal delivery or shall I go for Cesearian.

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. You have to wait until you complete 40 weeks to see if you will be able to deliver vaginally or by a cesarean surgery. Just based on placental thickness we cannot say anything. If you have placenta previa then it is compulsory a cesarean surgery onlyWrite Your Answer Here
