you are now term pregnancy. you must try to eat healthy, lots of fruit and stay hydrated. take enough sleep and no stressCut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.

PallaviMom of a 7 yr 10 m old girl4 years agoA. hello...after 37 week it's not called much pre mature but still ur gynec will see the development of ur baby n tell...so better take advice from ur gynec about the same and check with scans if the babybis properly developed ...so I would take ur doctor advice on this..m
