I am 36 weeks pregnant and suffering from severe back pain. I have been applying Omnigel spray since many weeks and now I have come to know it is not safe for the fetus.. please guide as I am really scared🙏

A. You can use a Pregnancy support back belt because there will be forward bending of the spine and that will cause pain on a daily basis until you deliver, and they will be pain even after you deliver while the back is getting re adjusted.
