I am 35 yrs. old. What should I do which makes me strong?

A. Hello ma’am See your age is increasing so It is the right time to involve yourself in any kind of professional exercise that you like to do anything that will keep you fit and strong for rest of your life. It could be yoga it would be gymming it could be anything that you like to do it could be any sport like badminton or swimming so even if you are doing either of the things one hour in a day then that is more than sufficient to keep you healthy and strong
