Q.

I am 35 years old my weight is 67 kg and height 5 feet 2 inch, I hv pcod and thyroid, I want to loose weight but I hv NVR done any work out not even normal evening walks since childhood. plz suggest how and from whr to start

A. Since you have not done any workouts do start with walking initially start with 20 mins walk on daily basis then increase into 30 mins and then 45 mins and gradually to 60 mins gradually when your stamina develops you can join some workout glasses if your choice
