Q.
I am 35 weeks pregnant and have cough and cold cold for last 2 weeks. I've consulted my doc but not medicine is working. Ive cough generally at 4/5 AM in the morning and continues for 1-2 hours. Pls suggest something.

Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment
Maintain hydration
Stay hydrated healthy
