Q.

i am 34 years old.i had two cejereian operation.first one is healthy boy but in second pregnancy is abort unfortunately.so ican go for 3 pregnancy is it ok

A. yes after gap. try to lose weight with exercise. go sloey. to be tone up. work out like aerobic n gym are very effective. you can put aloe gel or olive oil to help make process better. periods after delivered can be irregular and you need to follow good contraception as well so that u avoid unwanted pregnancy. use options like copper T, ocp etc in this with regularly ok
