I am 34 weeks pregnant. Since from last 3 days i am having swelling on my legs which is not going away. It is also very painful. Swelling on face and hands are also their but it is going away after 1 or 2 hours. what can be done? My BP was 125/85

A. Hello good evening !! Swelling during pregnancy mostly in the last trimester is common . Walking for a while ,keeping a pillow or support under legs 5-8 inch height while sitting,sleeping helps in good blood circulation and avoids swelling .
