I am 33 weeks pregnant .I have cough and cold.crp was 20 in blood test . Azithromycin tablet is safe or not

It’s quite a heavy antibiotic if your doctor a gynaecologist is advising you to take it then you can take it otherwise you should avoid it if you look for other medication seems like you’re having an infection which is why antibiotics may have been suggested
